The staff were humbly professional at handling guest’s complaints and improving the guest’s experience. This is what exactly the hospitality tends for. We booked an executive room with lounge access and get a free upgrade to an executive suite, the room is so specious. The hotel’s perfect for business travelers more than a leisure trip. However, the stay were comfortable, service were extraordinary quick, the dinner buffet has a good variety and excellent service. I’d like to thank in special Ahmed, Moaz and the nice lady Ibtihal from the Front Office team. As well as the restaurant manager Mr. Mahmoud, Ahmed and Sau from the Food & Beverage. We were treated like a top vip guest.

The customer service from start to finish is absolutely superb - Saudi welcoming and hospitable. The Communication from the front office team is absolutely superb, and they were able to not only support a last-minute change but also went out of their way to ensure it was put fully right, and I can confirm it was. Exceptional and fantastic stay. Masha Allah tabarak Allah. It was our first stay at Radisson and I must say we are really impressed by their hospitality. Well maintained and very clean rooms, comfy beds, very clean bathroom. Awesome ambience, both inside and outside the hotel. Highly trained staff. They know their stuff. Fantabulous food. We will visit again for sure in the near future in Shaa Allah.

I absolutely loved my stay here! The staff are amazing, super kind and attentive and I even got a room upgrade with late checkout which was incredible! The gym is great and food is nice and too and I felt like I was extremely well looked after. I'm very confused on some low review scores here as value for money, attentiveness of staff, location and cleanliness is all 10/10. I would say the staff really make it that extra bit special! Thank you so much and see you next time I'm in Yanbu :)

The people at the front desk were exceptionally helpful. I do not speak Arabic and had problems with Uber being late to pick me up this morning to take me to the airport. Oshama (I think was the desk employee) called the Uber driver, learned he could not fulfill his obligation, helped me with a Careem ride, but they were too busy, so one of the hotel employees got me to the airport in time to catch my flight. That is excellent service above and beyond.

I love the location near the sea; the breakfast is usually great. However, during my recent stay, the restaurant was under renovation, so the breakfast options were limited.
